Cozy Coffee Co is a mother-daughter owned, locally owned coffee shop rooted right here in Colorado. As Colorado natives, this state isn’t just where we do business — it’s home. From the mountains we love to the neighbors we serve, everything we do is inspired by the community around us.

My mom spent years as a first responder, showing up for others in high-pressure moments and caring deeply for her community. That heart for service is at the core of Cozy Coffee Co. This shop is her next chapter — one centered on warmth, connection, and creating a place where people can slow down and feel taken care of.

Coffee runs deep here, too. We proudly source our beans from local Colorado roasters, supporting fellow small businesses and highlighting the incredible flavors our state has to offer. Every cup is intentional, thoughtfully brewed, and meant to be enjoyed — whether you’re grabbing it to go or staying awhile.

Our food is just as thoughtfully made. With my sister as our executive chef, most of our baked goods are made fresh, in-house, with care and attention to detail. These aren’t mass-produced pastries — they’re the kind of baked goods you crave, the ones that feel familiar, comforting, and special all at once.

Outside of the shop, we’re big dog lovers and proud owners of rescued pups — and just as proudly, Colorado sports fans. Both are constant reminders of loyalty, community, and showing up for what matters, values we carry into everything we do here.
